Many people ask, “What’s a jugdish?” well, we’re not telling, what we can tell you is that jugdish is one of the most unique rock bands in the area. the four punks who started this band back in 1993 knew what they wanted to be a band that just goes out and has a great time playing music. this becomes evident in their set list. the jugdish set list is very diverse. they are the only band that can go from playing a Simple Minds tune to Rage Against the Machine at the drop of a hat without missing a beat or sounding strange. jugdish consists of Jo “the almighty” Santos on vocals and guitar, Lenny “the meat” Mecca on heavy bass and vocals, Joe “wiggy” Wegleski on guitar, and Gary Samony, the drummer. Back in 1998 they released their debut album “knowledge is good” and are currently working on the follow-up CD, which has yet to be titled. |
