Wanted: Drummer and Singer for layed back band project, we will play out 2 to 3 times a month once we are ready, until then we will practice 3 or 4 times a month, after we are ready we will practice once or twice a month, all members are over 40 and are seasoned pros with years of cover band experience, no experience required, just desire and ability, no drugs, no egos, no drama, no kidding and if you drink do it responsibly or your out.

Wilkes-Barre based singer, drummer, guitarist, and keyboardist are looking for a bass player to start a new project. We have tons of experience and connections and have been playing in an original/cover band for the past five years. We are now looking to do just covers ranging from the 70's to current. Basically anything that has a good beat that you can dance to and have fun with. No egos here! There is plenty of money to be made and tons of fun to be had. Pro equipment (no practice amps please)
Vocal ability not necessary but always a plus
Must be able to practice twice during the week and learn material quickly and accurately
Be available to play shows on the weekend, most weekends will be booked with at least one show
Have own reliable transportation
Good stage presence and a good "look" are definitely helpful but a positive attitude is everything

Monsters of Rock covers night club style rock music from the 70's through the 90's, with emphasis on the 80's. We are pro players with vocals to match, and cover everything from the dance hits (Journey, Billy Idol, etc) to concert level material (Kansas, Styx, etc). And sure, we'll throw a couple classics in there, when needed.

We're easy going without attitudes, and expect same. No druggies, alcoholics, super ego's, or other baggage ...please! We play a light schedule of about 2-5 shows per month.

Calling all Seattle fans. Guitarist looking to form a tribute band to the early nineties grunge scene, Pearl Jam - Nirvana - Soundgarden - Alice in Chains - Mother Love Bone - and so on. This is a project that I've been kicking around for quite awhile now and because of my other commitment (I am the lead guitarist in the band Twist of Fate) I would only be able to commit to 1 or 2 separate shows a month but would definitely be willing to open up for Twist of Fate from time to time when needed. Twist of Fate auditioning Bass Players.

Local band Twist of Fate currently has an opening for an experienced bass player. We are an established band playing in the Scranton, Wilkes-barre and Poconos region but are looking to play the east coast long term. Right now we are functioning as a trio with just the vocals, 2 guitars and drums. Our music ranges from originals to everything cover with the exception of country. The right candidate will be expected to learn the songs and be prepared for practices, we all know our parts and expect the same from you.

Requirements:
Must have own equipment (we have a PA system, lights, and a trailer but you need the rest including a minimum purchase in the near future for in ear monitors)

Must have reliable transportation

Pro attitude - we don't care what you look like - we want somebody with talent that we can get along with. We have fun and so should you.

No egos, drug addicts or bad attitudes.

Must be able to commit to the job within reason. We gig 2 to 6 times a month right now but are looking to make that a lot more. Our current working radius is about 45 minutes from Scranton but with the right offers we will start to go farther.

We are based out of the Wilkes-Barre area. We are a SIGNED, ORIGINAL metal band, who seeks a motivated, dedicated, and talented drummer. Must be willing and able to do national tour (starting next spring) We have been established for almost 3 years. We have a booking agent, tour support, and promotion company. We're in the middle of recording our next album and will be touring to support it's release. We've been having problems with our current drummer and fear he will not be able to meet tour contract requirements. We are on 4 contracted warped tour dates as well as over 4 weeks of out of state venue dates (so far).
