Everything from keeping our Site up (Now close to 200 MB in size) to advertising in the college papers, electric city and the Weekender as well as other promotional items such as Tee-shirts, Banners and signs. We will be adding new features to NepaROCKS.com like, Music and Video files! We also plan on running several contests with some great prizes! |

Website Publication Agreement We desire to satisfy the client. Therefore this form makes clear the contractual agreement between both parties. These are the terms of our agreement together:
Authorization. The above-named client is engaging dogsong - a Pennsylvania business, as an independent contractor for the specific project of publishing client information on NepaROCKS.com, a World Wide Web site. Specifics. The specifics of this contract are as follows: List client information on the NepaROCKS.com Website. The client is responsible for providing the following information; Band Photos, Bio, Set List or Song info, As well as all pertinent information such as Contact Name, Address, Phone, E-mail, Calendar of Events, and Home Page Link, if any. Publication of information will occur as soon as possible, usually within one week of receiving payment. All Photos and artwork provided by the client will be returned after being scanned. Payment. A minimum of three months of publication fees will be due on the
date of the contract signing. This is Non-Refundable. Thereafter, the
client will be billed quarterly for three additional months of publication fees.
Payment is expected on or before the billing due date. If it is not received,
the client's publication information will be removed from the
NepaROCKS.com Website Please make all checks and money orders payable to dogsong.

Total received: _________________ Assignment of Project. dogsong, reserves the right to assign subcontractors to this project to insure the right fit for the client. Legal Stuff. dogsong does not warrant that the functions contained in the NepaROCKS.com Website will meet the client's requirements or that the operation of the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the NepaROCKS.com Website is with the client. In no event will dogsong be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate the NepaROCKS.com Website, even if dogsong has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Copyrights & Trademarks. The client represents to dogsong and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to dogsong for inclusion in the NepaROCKS.com Website are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend dogsong and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the client. Copyright to Web Pages. Copyright to the finished assembled work of Web pages produced by dogsong is owned by dogsong. Rights to photos, graphics, source code, work-up files, and computer programs are specifically not transferred to the client, and remain the property of their respective owners. dogsong and its subcontractors retain the right to display graphics and other Web design elements as examples of their work in their respective portfolios. Sole Agreement. The agreement contained in this "Website Publication Agreement" constitutes the sole agreement between dogsong and the client regarding this contracted NepaROCKS.com project. Any additional work not specified in this contract must be authorized by a written change order.
